No but it will bring investment and probably many more fans, especially females. The interest and media exposure will hit the roof.

They're definitely going to bring some fun to the league. Check out this video they've done for the club's main sponsor...

Me neither and I don't know if I'm supposed to feel jealous or mighty relieved that they didn't set their sights on us when we were up for sale.

My concern is it could all end in tears once the novelty wears off and the new owners start coming to terms with the actual cost of running a professional football club in England. The great thing about our new owners is that thay are both football people and on the face of it shrewd business people who no doubt have a long term business plan for the sustainability and future benefit of the club. I hope for the sake of Wrexham fans these guys are not just in it for the clicks and column inches.

Well they've undoubtedly got a few bob with a combined net worth reputedly in excess of $200m.

Clint Eastwood (a proper household name) on his own has a net worth of $350m. Never fails to amaze me how times change and so called 'stars' can make so much brass for offering so little. Naturally though, it's always one's own opinion.

In all seriousness how much of that will the be happy to part with for a vanity project? The red flags are already there, want to make them a global force but the initial investment will be £2m, should just about cover overheads for a couple of months. Also, everyone who plays there will want to beat them now they are the new big boys in the league, which could work in our favour . . . maybe.

Once they don't get promotion and the CEO is aking them for a few more million to buy players etc and no return on their investment the novelty will soon wear off!
