Part me says it was a fair cop guv pay up and take your punishment. But I've had a look at the photos it was mid morning, no roadworks, not much traffic and a clear blue sky so why was the 'Smart Mway' reduced from 70mph to 60mph? With these stats seems as if Avon & Somerset are playing to different rules to other constabularies.

I've politely informed them of the delay. I won't push too hard else it could be 6 points and £1000.
