Agree Joe should give up the captaincy and give it to Lewis. DM unlikely to do it as he would see it as another failure of his management.
When Lewis does finally move on we would also capatilise financially with him being captain
    Couple of points
Never ever let Ojo play again he is an utter failure and a major contributor to are demise. Everything he plays we are overrun in midfield by other teams.
He is the weak link, cannot tackle and won't tackle. I thought The Rat was a square ball backpasser but Ojo is worse.
Main is a failure brings nothing another waste of wages

We can write this season off already, Scottish Cup win unlikely and on current form we might just pip Hibs for 3rd
Best the Chairman looks for a new managent team to start next season, this current team devoid of ideas and inspiration and to cosy on big salary for doing nothing

Horrendous all round, from start to finish, from front to back.

Said earlier today on here that Lewis is the worst captain in living memory and that while hes a decent keeper, he isn't a winner. I think he'd actually play better without the responsibility of being captain as he's clearly not suited to the role. Totally uninspiring and every time we concede a goal he just stands there looking like he's about to cry - goodness sake man, scream, shout, grab someone round the neck - show a bit of anger and passion, fire the team up.

The rest of them took their lead from the captain, can hardly remember anyone putting in a proper tackle all night. Can't remember anyone trying to get hold of the game and drive the team forward. Absolutely dire stuff.

We have no backbone in the middle of the park without Ferguson or McCrorie - Ojo is an absolute shocker of a player, he doesn't tackle and can barely do basic passes. Campbell can keep possession and might play a part alongside a decent partner, but he looks lost and ineffective alongside someone as hopeless as Ojo.

We have no creativity without Scott Wright. We've basically reverted to pass side to side then hoof and hope tactic since he's been out.

McInnes relies too heavily on Ferguson and McCrorie - they've dragged us through games this season and without them we're a shambles. His substitutions at half time were odd too - why did we pay £800K for Hernandez if he is literaly never going to get on the park?! The guy plays international football for his country - he can't be THAT bad, so why is he never getting a game? And why has noone ever asked McInnes the question?!

    Keepers shouldnae be captains ever.
Joe Lewis is a top class goalie, but once every three or four months he makes an absolute Jeremy Hunt of something.
That, and the fact he canna "pass through a high press"* is the reason he isnae playing in the top half of the wendy-wifie-poove Ingurlish money ball league.

A draw against the bottom of the table side and a cup exit to the 2nd bottom side in the same week should be a sacking offense for any Aberdeen manager. Sorry DM but times up .

Well I said on the Accies match thread that the only way we'd win tonight was a change in attitude. By christ we proved tonight that that hadn't happened. Forget the Lewis feck up at the end we were shambolic from front to back from start to finish. We got exactly what we deserved. Nothing. There is no desire there, no urgency, no leadership from anyone, nobody shouting at team mates driving them on urging them on. Easily our worst performance this season and for a good while. Yes we can make excuses about first team picks being unavailable but we should have the hunger, will to win and quality to win games like our last two despite whatever side we put out. Serious questions now need to be asked.
