It sounds as if it’s how much the buyers want it and how long it takes. The English PÃ*sstake League (EPL) will obviously drag it out and delay it as much as possible and will presumably need the courts to decide. I reckon it needs to happen before the end of the season, without stating the obvious because three lost transfer windows will surely be beyond their patience.
