But the thread is 'New Manager' ... so in the event o' DM gettin his cards/gaein us the prongs/poppin his clogs/clickin the heels of his ruby red slippers 3 times and repeatedly reciting 'I want to go home tae the big hoose' ... Ah'm gan tae leave this here ....

McInnes has definitely lost his drive and any passion he had during matches. Everyone can see that. That is a few reasons why Jim Goodwin knocked him out the cup and easily got a point from us in a league match (which should have been three).
Any manager who is just going through the motions will win nothing....the desire to succeed has got to be a major ingredient in their managerial dna.
