The problem between the BBS posters and the Tykesmad posters more a misunderstanding as I see it. BBS believe that the posters here are condoning the booing of fans towards players showing support to their fellow professionals and others that have experienced racism in the past and now. Tykesmad are saying that it's the fact that they take the knee which was/ is part of the BLM movement that the fans were booing and maybe a different kind of anti-racial activity could be used instead. I don't condone the booing for any reason. It was obvious that it would be construed as booing of players and for no other reason. I don't mind how they express their show of support, bend the knee, salute or break dance for 2 minutes, as long as the message is about kicking out racism.
Secondly I've noticed that anyone, and this is on both boards, who has a differing opinion is vilified, abused and insulted. The insults may not contain the same vitriol as some have, but they're insulting just the same, mostly suggesting or openly stating, that those in disagreement are inferior and uneducated. I find that unacceptable too. People do have differing intelligence and education, but they should not be abused for that, just for having a different opinion to, let's say, the more educated. No matter how you dress it up, some people are saying if you don't agree then you're stupid and that's abusive and insulting and should stop.

They are totally different.
The BBS thread resembling rats squabbling in a sack.

It is very rare that I take note of who is posting what.
But I have noticed the Cyberstalkers on the BBS such as Jack Tatty and a few others.
Again - their vile actions condoned because BBS Admin are so weak - they just sit on the fence watching it all happen.

It is no coincidence that BBS member Jack Tatty started a thread attacking members of this message board - and a new member Albert Hirst suddenly appears on this message board spouting personal abuse.
If the Cyberstalkers from the BBS get established on here - then many on here will stop posting.
I know quite a few people from the BBS, some of them have been posting on the BBS for years, who have stopped posting on the BBS because of the level of personal abuse they have received on there.
Don’t let it happen on here.
Message boards are there for discussion, argument and debate.
They are not there for personal abuse and for accusing people of something that they are not.

I never said they were of the same degree. I suggest you read my post again. I suggested it doesn't matter how strong the abuse is or how hidden the insults, it's still wrong.
Do not for one minute think I will take sides on this, abuse by whoever, to whatever extent, towards someone with a differing opinion is wrong. There isn't degrees of wrong, it's either wrong or right and it's definitely not right on either forum.

That seems a better option Claw , i hope other clubs do the same , it shouldn't have to be done at all, if certain individuals behaved in a proper manner and showed some respect ,

Agree mate. I think the Colchester Chairman's approach was foolhardy to be honest. At the end of the day those fans pay the wages. Saying someone isn't welcome because they object to taking the knee and asking them to keep quiet about it. To me that tips freedom the other way.

I find this knee thing ! Upsetting , it reminds me of that horrible murdering coppers pose, a sight I never want to see again , let alone at each and every football match , i also don't like the arm in the air some do , what's that a sign of ?

Tha'll evvto wait until it is decided (maybe on BBS) what is the latest correct interpretation of the kneel gesture and the raised arm gesture. I have read/heard many different versions of the latest correct reasons.
