I think he's picked JOB and gone with the 443 because of the pace and physicality of Boring Wood. Sam and Rodriguez still getting used to the league. Having 3 midfield will help Doyle and Reeves

It's quite an enjoyable game. It's fast and quick and Boreham Wood do look a decent outfit, one of the better sides we have played this season. They move the ball around well.

What a brilliant cross by Kelly-Evans. On a plate for JOB - unlucky not to score. That's three really good chances.

    Ht 0-0

    Entertaining game though.

Notts with 2 really good chances. BW hit the post and have most of possession.....fair score line?

Maybe 2-1 to Notts would be fair?

Not really sure what value O'Brien adds to this side. Would rather we had kept Crawford. Got to start taking these chances.

Still, at least we are creating chances. That hasn't always been the case under Ardley.

This game is showing why i've wanted Luke Garrard as manager for years. We should have appointed him after Kewell, or after being relegated. He's had his best players taken most seasons, yet he still has them playing great football, and they remain competitive despite a shoestring budget. I honest believe once Ardley has gone, we should snap up Garrard. I reckon he would have a similar impact for us, that Danny Cowley had for Lincoln.

Nobody's having a bad game. I'm asking how much has moving away from the 4-2-3-1 meant playing on B'Wood's terms...

NA has been cagey with his team selection, will he be cagey with his substitutions as well? When Sam and Reuben come on it should be for O'Brien/Walker not Enzio.

To be fair I thought O'Brien was one of our best and hardest working players last season when he wasn't injured, and you'll always get 100% effort from him, but it's true he's not likely to improve in the future.
