As identified by many Kewell shouldn't have been sacked, Ardley shouldn't have been appointed. If you agree with that statement it is impossible not to hold the person who made those decision responsible.
The only subjective element that is up for debate is the proportion of blame for everyone involved. But boy do we not need to see cover that ground for the 74th time.
Looking at the Kewell situation in isolation he (Hardy) f%c£ed up big time. He will have cost a lot to hire (compensation) then some more to fire and then replaced him with the wrong man for the job at the time.
