Duties include:
Overseeing recruitment and development of players at all levels from youth to first team squad.
Ensuring maximum efficiency with regard to all mechanisms safeguarding the wellbeing and fitness of playing staff.
Overseeing training and training methods.
Matchday team selection and tactics.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate that he/she walk the walk as well as talk the talk, and motivate

I once took S****horpe to the FA cup final and won it and the old English fourth division in one season when playing Football Manager on the ZX Spectrum 48k. I feel this perhaps over qualifies me for the Aberdeen manager job but I'm willing to throw my hat into the ring.
