This was in the first half of a home game against Boreham Wood FFS! The result was that it allowed them plenty of time to build another attack, and we all know the end result. Neal Ardley is so determined not to lose that it inhibits our chance of winning.
I agree. I have defended Ardley and though I am not saying I want him gone, I am finding it harder.

Having said that, I said I feel he should have this season as last chance and it's hard to argue against that when the stats show that we have scored more, conceded less, won twice as many games and have 6 points more compared with last season at this stage, bearing in mind we finished 3rd then.

I have always said that it will be a strange season with twists and turns and unexpected results and I still feel like that.

I always feel like I’m saying “The next two games will tell us a lot”, but they really should - especially the Stockport game, which, 14 games in, will be our first against a strongly fancied side. Will we raise our game or will our deficiencies be laid bare?

But seeing as you have bought it up ,
being tested and told they have Covid says it all ,
seems they had no idea they had it , how ill were they then ?
so even if 100% had it , and they were not physically ill it obviously has no bearing what so ever.
Ardley has said , they have tests to see how fatigued players are , and has only mentioned Enzio being fatigued and not even stated it was due (to your get out of jail excuse) Covid.
It seems as Fake Dr Pedro was right after all .....
I rest my case you Honour .
Of course I suppose we could use it as an excuse the Boreham defeat .

I shouldn't really dignify this with a response, but you do know that Cal Roberts' injury is believed to be COVID-related, right? And that Wolfe's fitness levels were badly affected by COVID (to cite the two instances we actually know about)?

Of course some players may have had it but been asymptomatic, because that's how this disease works. The younger and fitter you are, the better your chances of shrugging it off. Even so, the fact some Notts players suffered quite badly from it shows that no one is immune to getting a bad case.

The ignorance/denialism of some people really is staggering, but it does help explain why so many have died unnecessarily in places like the UK and America.

Can't believe I am bothering to reply, but I have asked you many times - do you feel that people can be affected in more than physical ways.

Only needs a yes or no.

    Happy Christmas!

Oh no!!!! The Fake Dr is back and the medical guesswork has resumed.

He clearly has no idea but speaks with such authority on the subject it's actually impressive.

I think the bit about deficiencies ought be highlighted.

    oh dear ,
    Believed ,
what you mean is there is no proof that the injury is Covid related but it makes a good excuse .
and I have not heard the Wolfe story I'm afraid so I cant comment
but so far then if the Wolfe story is true , then we have one player that has been stricken by Covid that has stopped him playing.
The asymptomatic issue is the whole point , yes they might have had Covid , but it has not stopped them playing. because it has not made them ill.
I like you use of word Some , which makes t sound as though masses of the squad have been unable to function when in fact I make it one.
And I'm not sure about the Wolfe story but I will take it as 100% verified Covid related

sound like we have a new fake doctor in town NW6pie xx

    I answered this before.
    NO.
if they have not been ill , why would they suffer severe physiological effects ?
    Merry New year !
    &
