I hope Bilic stays even if we get relegated. There is no point to continual changing of managers. We have a squad that will probably be relegated but will then be very strong for the Championship, with hopefully a few additions. When we then get promoted again we can build on what is a young base and hopefully stay up. I know there is a good sprinkling of "hopefully" but I think we need to view the team rebuild that started last season as a three or four year project.

With the Albion you should know that it's not about credentials.
I'm surprised we haven't got a team full of Poles.
Instead of a team of planks Des!

Your right there Bill in an ideal world we would do that. The issue is keeping our better players, if Lai is still in charge he will sell key assets to the highest bidder to recoup his outlay, Pereira, Furlong etc would likely go quickly.

I’m in the same camp, Dave & bill buddies. Undoubtedly the better (marketable and transfer fee valuable) players will be sold and we will be reliant upon the ‘older’ brigade to ensure a competitive Championship campaign is launched.
I’ll still be there with “she who must be obeyed”

Honestly think with Pereira and Krov gone - we would be a very average championship side at best Prando! You will remember Jonas - McCauley - Evans - Dawson and Foster which seems only yesterday! These players were far superior to the current lot! Don’t start me off on Mulumbu and Yacob! Gayle was never replaced!! People used to moan about Rondon but God forbid - I would take him 10 times over useless lumps like Austin - Grant and the Welsh International!

Those were the days Prando when players loved the badge and worked for their wage!
