I see Starmer has now jumped on the Ban Christmas bandwagon. Are there any depths that Labour turd won't stoop to ?
I'm pretty certain it will sinkov. I'll look into it, but COVID hardly presents the same sort of problem that poverty and starvation does. 50,000 people die every day across the globe because of those two twin evils.

You excel yourself Sinkov. BMJ a world renowned and respected journal a mouthpiece of Lefties? Thought you were blaimng the Tories for over reaction.
Of course there are more deprived areas, but they have little scientific investigation because their infrastructure hasn’t the staff or resources ability to monitor the country or do comparative studies on deaths.
Come to Glasgow and see some of our 50% highly deprived postcodes.
.
and I thought it was Corona Pop.
I'll admit it....I was wrong.

Labour Party members voted him in as leader BT, he's what they want, he isn't leader by accident or default, Labour Party members chose him as their leader You can wriggle and squirm all you want about faux Tories, he IS the leader of the Labour Party, and he's a cnut.
I think we have some very brave posters on here, but how brave are you ?

"Pre-existing inequality led to record UK Covid death rate, says health chief"
I'll try to explain why that headline is drivel, I though it was self evident but it must not be. It talks about the 'record UK Covid death rate', so we must have had a higher death rate than any other country, or it wouldn't be a 'record' would it ? Agreed ?
It says this record death rate is due to pre-existing inequality in the UK, but the only way that can be the case is if we have worse inequality in the UK than in any other country. Which we don't, far from it, not even close, it's a ludicrous suggestion. Agreed ?
So the headline is self evidently a load of bollox, utter tripe.
Now if you want to have a discussion about the extent that deprivation in certain areas can cause a higher death rate than in more prosperous areas, then I'm sure we could find plenty of common ground. But that headline is not even worthy of the Beano.
Sorry I thought you were criticising my post on the BMJ
You seem to be agreeing with the BMJ that poverty and deprivation causes more deaths, which is true and found in many countries as well as here.
So are you just criticising the Guardian headline writer Sinkov?
The article talks of the UK having the highest death rate in Europe (not true Belgium is by far the worst with Spain and Italy ahead of us ) but we aren’t very far behind.
But you don’t believe death rates do you. Lol
