Let them know what your version of safe is and then reflect if crossing the road or driving a car is risk free and safe.
    Lol
I'll make my own decisions thank you OC. Reminds me of a dear old lady I know, we were eating out in a restaurant and her daughter admonished her about the way she was eating, "Jeanette, mind your own plate" was her reply. Good advice.

Yes I remember that saying and by all means, you decide how you like, but I was only asking what you were looking for reassurance on safety given medical experts have already done that.
Seems you don’t know. No doubt it will come out the ether. Lol

I remember the "medical experts" advocating the Thalidomide drug OC, that did not go well?

I have just read that following a government survey nearly 80% of the UK's adult population are happy to have the needle stuck in their arm.

That being the case, it will be almost impossible for any of these bedwetters to pass the virus on. Phew!

No your memory cell is failing or under the influence of hallucinogens BT

There was no MHRA or any approval body in the 1960s, companies could put whatever they liked on the market and make claims that were not independently checked. Thalidomide was promoted as safe in pregnancy with no trials.

Thalidomide led to the industry run Committee on Safety of Drugs being set up in the late 60s but after other problems the government set up an independent body the Medicines Commission that became the MHRA that licensed manufacturing facilities used for making medicines and wholesalers that were middle men and required products to be licensed for use after evidence of safety and efficacy were provided.
Companies could not promote medicines outside of the terms of the licence.
Side Effect report systems were also required.
Read the Medicines Act 1968 and amendments

I presume you take medicines that have licences approved by MHRA, so why would you not trust them to protect you on vaccines. Is it that Red Russian connection?

Why insult sensible people who protect themselves and you as bedwetters when it’s the weirdos like Corbyns brother who won’t have it that are the ones putting themselves and others at risk.

    Lecture over.

Well, I just took my bedwetting 96 year old mother in law for her first vaccine and, so far, she's right as rain.

And remember, her generation was the one that had to go through the war and suffer the hardships that followed.

Our "non-bedwetting" generation generally arsed about in the 60's, growing our hair long, taking illegal drugs and enjoying a bit of footy hooliganism.

But thanks anyway. I'll pass on your thoughts to my bed-wetting mother in law.

(Aimed at BT and others, not you OC)

    Well done your MiL
My daughter had it yesterday with no I’ll effects and is still with us and has not wet any beds!
The cowards would probably worry they will feint at the sight of a needle or the resultant prick.

It seems fairly obvious to me that if 80% of the adult population take a vaccine that actually works, I'm as safe as houses if I don't.

Talking about pricks, we try not to insult each other on here thank you very much.

'Seems' like I don't know does it OC? But you have no idea whether I know or not do you really ? Here's another one for you, 'me to know and you to find out'.

Incidentally, these medical experts that have given re-assurance on safety, would they be the same ones who were saying for four months earlier this year, that face masks were a waste of time, or those experts who have ben saying for the last six months that it's essential we wear them, or could they be the experts who said we'd have 4,000 deaths a day by mid December, or some other experts altogether ?
