from what I can tell...there's no evidence for an increased transmissibility from this Convid....so sems as if it's just another fantasy made up by the Shysters in power....here's the thing, I've never understood why people would follow the rule of madmen with such unremitting compliance, a few obivously psychotic fruitcakes spitting their ugly agenda of fear and hate and the people buckle to their knees..Just as these lorries stuck in Kent, the powers-that-should'nt-be know full well that the drivers are of no danger to others, because it's they who called out this mutated story, again, without any evidence....the trained puppet Macron also knows this...and what do the people do, "They" themselves shut it down - they should be laughing, putting them in their rightful place....because these little tyrants can't do anything without the senseless compliance of the many...thus making the people senseless themselves - if they conform, they consent....there's the true problem, we can go on and on...all we like about authoritarian overlords and their nasty schemes....but truth is, they do nothing, are nothing, without the peoples acquiesence, as long as we support or fight for their Lunatic designs...they can continue their sick game and write it's acts to come...unabated.

I read Steve Bruce's take on this today with two of his players seriously stricken with this bloody virus.

I have no inclination to kill my father-in-law over Christmas.

This might be bollox, but I just cannot risk it.

Our family agree with you. They are staying away.

Could be the end of St Maximins career.

What’s weird is we have the

43rd highest number of infections in the world at 31000 per million

18th highest numbers of tests at 753000, (three quarters of people but no doubt some are getting several and lots have none) but the

11th highest number of deaths after 28 days which are now 1004 per million.

So we seem to be good at keeping infections low by our various policies or testing is missing a lot of virus cases
We don’t seem to be over testing but either we’re not good at treating the infection or other countries are getting less virulent viruses or are not measuring all deaths as we are or some are not declaring their true death rates.

There are examples where countries only report hospital deaths and where true death rates are suppressed. The new variant started here in September, but other countries haven’t looked for variation and are only now finding they have had it for a while too.

Lots for Sinkov to postulate from.

It seems to me OC that this virus kills off the already sick and vulnerable. I was speaking with one of my customers this morning who runs an undertaking business and he said 90% of the deceased he is either burying or cremating are "Dead by Covid".

The way this virus is spreading another blanket Lockdown seems fairly imminent. Easter my arse!

That’s worrying, no doubt some would have been on a shaky nail and due to depart and most are in my age group, so have had a good life. It seems rare for under 50s to die from it. So far lockdowns have managed to stop us getting gradually higher second and third waves, but there has to be a limit on how long we can be locked up. It’s looking more like July or August before herd immunity works. Action to loosen restrictions is likely to impact on our age groups more than any other.

Just seen Singapore on the News they seem to be able to track and trace and of course had a trial run with SARS and MERS their numbers are low, but everyone is wearing masks. 😂

Until this Cabal of Cabinet Minister Conservative and Unionist Cretins led by a blonde-haired, grinning, smirking, clueless clown aided and abetted by their quisling sidekick Kier Starmer work out a coherent, consistent long term strategy we will just stumble from crisis to crisis.

Visceral, knee-jerk reactions are not what an empathic government should do, but we can all see they do not have an ounce of empathy between them. 4000 plus lorry drivers are in Kent stuck without provisions or toilet facilities and all this clown can do is grin.

This is public health driving, not Boris and a Labour government would be fannying about just the same. Nicola isn’t doing much different nor Labour Wales. Ultimately what people do comes back to haunt them and changes the dynamic, idiots partying ignoring rules not wearing masks cause increases that screw up plans.

The lorry park is Macron using us as political pawns so he can show his electorate in May how he kept the English out with this and then he’ll do it for Brexit. The EU have effectively declared war on us aided by Nicola for the same purpose.

Pneumonia seems to be quoted on death certificates to a similar level as Covid, but cases where these are the primary cause of death are vastly different. See the dark blue lines (primary cause) and light blue (secondary causes)
