Now football...Torquay will not win this league, to stand a chance we need Roberts back and firing.

Tbh Ken I'm not sure I can place too much weight on your predictions following your prediction of NA being sacked after 11 games. Wishful thinking?#noagenda

You may just have to wait until the end of the season chap xx
    Oh dear Frank ,
Hot miss piggy lips , xx
I don't believe I have ever said he would be sacked after 11 games.
I might have hoped he would , but I never said he would be removed by the owners
    PS
The outstanding win is implied . yet again I will explain , your disciples keep using it as a badge of honour , so they must have been impressed by it at some level , (outstanding )
How do you class that victory if not outstanding ?

Torquay had a great start last season as well, though this season's start was outstanding. I think the team in the pack behind Torquay that has the strongest transfer window this month will eventually win this league - if we get all 44 games played, anyway. Chesterfield are suddenly looking like a contender with their new manager, for example, and maybe this is when Wrexham get their chequebook out (though I'm not sure if that Ryan Reynolds ownership is quite the gold ticket it first appeared).

If we address the deficiencies in midfield and attack, and get Cal Roberts back to his best for the rest of the season, no reason it can't be us.

Re loanees, I really hope someone at this week's press conference asks NA to explain his thinking of using loan signings as squad players, rather than looking for players who are better than what we currently have and look to improve the first XI.

Maybe the hope was that the loan signings would be better then they turned out. Maybe we were hoping for a Jorge Grant or Ryan Yates type of impact.
Sam Graham started last season very well and on that evidence should potentially have been in the first eleven.
Wolfe came with a reputation but has had little game time, maybe he doesn’t train well - on that basis would have been better off keeping Crawford.
Knowles was always going to be behind the likes of Wooton. Has not had many chances to shine but has still bagged a couple of goals for us which makes me wonder how he would have got on with a run of starts.
Then there is Walker who came in as emergency cover for our injured star.

I honestly think that most of the above would have featured more had we fulfilled our fixtures as expected. The stop start nature of our season has meant squad rotation hasn’t needed to be often.

I will be very interested to see who if anybody we bring in over the next few weeks

Is there a transfer window? I was under the impression this league didn't have one.

Yep, I think you're right. I thought it was only loans that could go through at any time, but now I think about it, Chesterfield signed a striker from Gloucester City last month for an undisclosed fee. (Why so many fees are undisclosed nowadays is just one of the mysteries of the age.) In which case, why aren't Wrexham strengthening their squad with their Hollywood millions?

I suppose a unique problem this season is that you presumably can't send scouts out to check on players so easily, so it's going to prove harder to spot those unpolished diamonds like Cal Roberts.

    Morning Frank
I have to say I am very disappointed in you.
I was hoping you would have posted the proof that I had said Ardley would be sacked after 11 games.
So instead of posting fake news and basking in the Glory I think an apology is in order.
so Mr Fake , how's about a big ,big apology ...

I'm not sure whether a spell in rehab, or a spell in Rampton is going to aid here.

oh dear Frank , that was a wish of mine and hope , not a factual statement declaring that he would be sacked by the board.
please supply the whole statement ?
