I only seem to chime in when McMullan is involved, not really sure why but always a contentious topic appeals!
We have to move on now but I am regretful about how things have went there. He has my praise for his efforts over the past few years, we picked him up from Dunfermline and I think he was always one of our most important players in that league and was ***** to the transformation in fortunes under Neilson in getting a shootout from going up and then doing it with relative ease the season after and linking up well with Shankland.
We've obviously got to use our resources wisely and build for the managers system but I do think there is a good mid table winger in him for this league and he's been held to a higher standard than many others in the squad without any time to fit into our team this year. He didn't have a good game in his first start and was rightly hooked but I thought he was good against Killie and turned the game against Hibs, thought he was coming back into things and would play a part int he second half of the season.
Time will tell but my instinct is that Dundee will do well out of him and I really hope we don't hear about him for a while and find a way to quietly settle this over the next couple of weeks. Probably the exact player they need and you'd imagine he'll thrive in that league again with a player like Adam (well if Sow has...). He's fallen out with a couple of managers, maybe that reflects badly on himself and things were just too far on and he needed a new start.

Good luck to him, dare say he was on a few quid a week with us, same with Cammy Smith, thats probs a saving of £3-4k a week now, surely we can bring someone in who can beat a man and cross the ball now
#prayforwinger
Doubt if he will appear in tangerine again, best some sort of deal gets done this month and move on. Squad slowly trimming down probably had to even in better times but as OA says prayforawinger. All the best wee man personally never doubted your effort.
Judas!
we so badly need a winger and creative mid. If not here hoping for a few sneaky 1-0s and a few 0-0 to keep us up
Personally gutted about Mcmullan - hope he doesn’t come back to haunt us
We move on though. I agree that if we get something like the £1.5M quoted for Benji then obviously we have to take the money.
Benji has been great but that kind of money can mean we keep shanks an extra season
We actually need a smaller squad - squad size is too big and still dead wood like King
I trust Micky M and Tony A to make decisions necessary
This will be an interesting window, as long as it's not pure disappointment i.e losing shanks too
Getting guys like Smith off the wage bill is a bonus, players signing pre-contract isn't ideal, like Whitfield said the other day McMullan needs to go now. Hopefully the sleeping giants can come to a deal with us on that one.
Benji going for anything around a million helps the club hugely as i still dont see any fans back in grounds this season so we've lost millions there
I'll not be surprised if we dont sign anyone, I think we've enough in the tank to see us out till the end of the season and that is all thats ever really mattered this season

I would agree but I'm a wee bit skeptical of getting that sort of money. Happy enough with Deniz but do still view him as a good no 2, hope we put a good bit of effort into sourcing a replacement. Missed the boat on Liam Kelly but think there are probably some good mid 20s 'keepers down south who would be good at our level and need game time.
