Again, yup. We allowed them 24 shots tonight. Granted less than half were on target, but that's not the first, second or third time we've allowed opposition so many chances while creating very little ourselves. We were beat tonight had it not been for the worldy.

Saturday away v Sheep definitely, tonight another bad decision from Mellon. Who I'm 100% behind by the way.
I would argue we were better with three at the back tonight, than we were when we switched it to four. Thought second half we were woeful.

17 years old. Is that 8 games hes featured in? How many has he started? Yet being dismissed as no good enough already. Maybe he wont make it ( lets face it most dont) but bit harsh?

We had some decent wing back play in the 1st half from Robson and Smith but I don't see that happening with 4 at the back. The 1st 15 minutes especially we were all over them .

Giving away sloppy goals is our achilles heel and if we defended the high balls better then we win that game.

Once again I find myself wondering if I drink too much. Admittedly I have had a few, but I enjoyed that game and thought there were lots of positives.

Ok, horrible first goal to lose. Ok, bad mistake from the young lad for the second. I for one though am happy to forgive him that for how good he looks striding forward with the ball. In my view he is a real player.

Thought they depended on long balls and set pieces. We tried to play at times. Our first goal was top class. Our second was obviously brilliant.

Positives for me. Connolly - excellent throughout. Powers - thought he did pretty well, particularly when we did get the ball down. Harkes - best game of the season. Nice to see him bursting into the box and his first touch seemed better too. Clark - I thought he was the best player on the pitch. Moments of real quality. Appere - fell out the game, butbhow he started was as good as I have seen him play.

Most importantly we got something out of the game. Wasnt our best game, but flashes of really good stuff. On the flip side, as good as they can play to get a draw against us.

Agree or not. I am happy in my drink fuelled opinion!

I just said no on what I've seen. Which is only 3 games. He was ok on Saturday v the Sheep. No one is writing the boy off and everyone wants to see him improve. But if you pull on a Tangerine shirt you have to accept praise and the criticism that goes with it.
