If Neilson goes you have to expect that will be £1m+ (Scott Banks, for instance, went for £400k because he was under contract for only another 6 months). That could be a huge difference maker financially

I like big Edwards, sure i read he won most headers and challenges somewhere

Got to agree.... him in the middle of 3 centre backs , one left footer, one right footer either side for balance. He is really good in the air, wee bit slow on the turn, but we can't all be Davie Narey.

I like his commitment, and Connolly's too. It wouldn't be the first time we have let a committed centre back leave recently when he would have still been a great squad member.

Get him back in the team.... asap.

When you think about it, we've played three at the back for weeks with Edwards injured, persevering with a raw 17 year old in Neilson. Then once Edwards is fit again, we start playing four at the back and he can't get a game. Couldnae make it up. 😂

A,Big Tony is working like a trojan trying to sign a player(or two)who can deliver much needed ammunition for the strike force.

B,Big Tony has been ordered from America to work his butt off and get as many greenback's in as possible before Monday night's deadline.

C,Big Tony is sitting with his feet up enjoying a beer watching West Ham v Liverpool.


I am hoping for A,dreading its B but think its more likely to be C,enjoy your day aff Tony.

The difference might be tho.............. we DO give a sh*t... and long may it continue.
