The flip side of this transfer window is it might serve to give players a reality check as to how high they rate themselves.
If they want to use Utd as a stepping stone to better then they need to do better. Maybe then other clubs may make an effort to buy them.
As it is we seem to have got rid of some of the dross even if only short term.

Actually I would have certainly given some thought to Jordan White. We have absolutely no variety or ability to 'change it up' up front and a big lump who can throw his weight about and get nod ons and flick ons would have been handy. We are currently so predictable going forward it's ridiculous.

Don't know much about any of the players or any of the squads they're going into to be able to form an opinion. What I do know is that they've been identified as players who their respective new managers think will improve or offer competition to their own squads. It wasn't to be however so we have to get over it and hope this squad has enough in them to see us through.
