I think they will renew, especially if NA takes us back up.
I think they have a good working relationship that they feel could flourish further. The fact NA has bought in to the whole use of Radar will work in his favour. Not every manager will be as open about using that model.

I honestly think we will not get promoted this season, either through the play or PPG.. We have lost too many games to teams that we should have beaten...

The importance of how a club is run is of paramount importance obviously, there are some exceptions to the following rule but overall the order for me is...

Owners>Manager>Players.

This is the main reason why I believe the future is bright now we have the current owners in situ.

That's great in principle, but it reminds me of a saying I've always had a lot of faith in - a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link.

It's all relative, durhampie. We are where we are because of the games we have won, lost or drawn. Other teams are are where they are for the same reason. I haven't checked but I'm sure the teams around and above us have lost points to teams they should have beaten, that's why they are there. No team in history has won every game they think they should have and none lost every game when they were the second best.
