I think they have a good working relationship that they feel could flourish further. The fact NA has bought in to the whole use of Radar will work in his favour. Not every manager will be as open about using that model.
I honestly think we will not get promoted this season, either through the play or PPG.. We have lost too many games to teams that we should have beaten...

That's great in principle, but it reminds me of a saying I've always had a lot of faith in - a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link.

I can see a weak link in the "Owners>Manager>Players" chain. And it not owners or players.

If we get promoted with NA in charge, I will happily donate £100 to charity.

Was only thinking on something similar the other week.
I'll do €500 to charity if the pr@t gets us up
If he gets us up & his contract is not renewed, I'll double it

Obviously not as decent and knowledgeable as Pete.

It's all relative, durhampie. We are where we are because of the games we have won, lost or drawn. Other teams are are where they are for the same reason. I haven't checked but I'm sure the teams around and above us have lost points to teams they should have beaten, that's why they are there. No team in history has won every game they think they should have and none lost every game when they were the second best.

Well.'pr@t' is rather a 'strong' word to use to describe someone. Shame he didn't use 'no-nuts' or 'drunkard' as no doubt that would have been acceptable.

Seems there's one rule for him, Pete, and a totally different rule for the rest of us peasants.
