I like straight talking too, although he never explained why he thinks the manager is prat. Never mind.

Let's hope Angry Pete doesn't go too far and overstep the mark with his insults. A ban would mean we would lose some comedy playground gold.

I must correct you I've broken no agenda, although I still have 6 days to go.

I've never been a fan of needless naughty swear words but I get it some can't help themselves and rightly can put whatever they like. Certainly will keep the mod(s) busy :/
He ****ed up the relegation season
    He ****ed up last season
I've said he will **** up this season, put my money where my mouth is
He has been backed to the hilt since being here
Used petty excuses like the grass, professionals ffs
Don't rate him wass on an appalling run when he left Wimbledon that continued here with better players
If he is that good why has no league club tried to poach him
Out of all the games he has managed, how many times have you thought jeez that was a great game, the team played well for 90 mins not 10 here or there

Still waiting to see where I gave out during the 0-0

Put your money where your mouth is like me

'drunkard' is a word I used when I was about 8, p1ss head these days. For the record, I'm not a big drinker but I certainly( I think you've all noticed ) have a few beers whilst watching Notts in these strange days.......and will continue to do so.

ps. I must admit, sometimes I hide behind the curtains when reading what I've posted the next day.
pps. Rugby and beer go well together.

I just find it surprising and insensitive that any poster would use that term in description of another in this day and age, I certainly ain't no super PC fella either!

So you can all 4k off if you don't agree with me.

I'm a sensitive soul gump, being called a "drunkard " just sends me into a spiral. For the record (again ), I'm a very fit 58 year old, cycling( I also have one of my bikes hooked up to a turbo trainer in the garage ) and dog walking keeps me so. I'd imagine the only exercise laddo takes is a walk to the chip shop.

    There is, as I suspected#noagenda.

So basically you don't rate him as a manager based on what he's done at Notts nor previously and that makes him "a prat" in your eyes. We've had a lot of bang average managers as you know, all prats?

We've not had many games under NA where I've thought wow that was a great game, that's true.

Backing a Notts manager not to succeed doesn't deserve a rosette or trophy.
Look at the history, it's basically an odds on, it's the easy bet in football in general unless you are at or near the top of the tree.

You can count on one hand the number of managers who have been a success during my life as a Notts supporter. Sorry bud no prizes for that bet. Out of interest what odds did you get of Notts not getting promoted?

I don't think there is any Notts manager in recent times (other than a short spell with the Munto farce) that has played so many matches where Notts had the larger wage bill and significantly greater resources than nearly all of their opponents. A good manager makes 2+2 = 5, Ardley certainly has not got the best out of the resources at his disposal, including the relegation season. I desperately want him to be a success as Notts manager but there is precious little evidence so far that he will be.

I honestly had no idea Gump and Navy were so sensitive to certain words on here. You don't seen bothered by many other abusive terms and insults that you commonly see yet that one upsets.

It seems an accurate description to me Navy drinks during Notts games(maybe before) probably due to the negative possession based tippy tappy passing football on display, post some crazy car crash TV comments on a solo rant. Goes to bed wakes up, reads what he put and hides behind the curtains.

Great to read he's in such tip top physical state. I've never met him so wouldn't know his exercise routine.

Someone called me "fat" on here the other day which is something I've never been called before in my life, it was certainly a new one for me. Made me chuckle.

It's "an accurate description " because I just told everyone ( just like what irish posted, you all knew anyway ) what I do. As for gump and me being sensitive, can you really not see we are taking the p1ss!
