There’s a post on here where someone seems like they are living in the 80s

However his CV will have that adjective front and centre on it.

Just someone that didn't go to the Roxburgh/Brown fitba courses.
    What adjective?

The truth if we hadn't been absolutely stinking for the majority of this season we should be second in the league just now, possibly by quite a few points. Missed opportunities time and time again because there's no belief in the team. Buck stops with the manager on that one - and you could say the captain must take some responsibility for instilling that too once they're out on the park. Our manager and captain are hugely uninspiring.
This to the power of 100

I could be wrong but when I think of that kind of supporter I always think either millennials who don't have any other yardstick to measure the team against or auld geezers who haven't to been to a match in years in any event and have lost interest in life, never mind fitba.

    Or Sky EPL obsessives.

It wasn’t aimed at you because you are still living in the 1970s

I can't believe I read this. Nobody, but nobody, can stop you having aspirations. You can aspire to whatever you want, nobody can stop you.

What was that phrase - Don't let the b'stards grind you down. Keep positive, keep aiming for what you want and perhaps it'll work out.

I was going to say that myself.

If I was going to pick 5 years then June 1978-June1983 would do fine.

The 80s were great, it's been all downhill since then, and not just the football.
