Apparently just flown in to train with the WBA squad? Has anything gone right for us this season? This may be all to do with Covid but seriously we should have had these players at the beginning of the season. And even now it’s crucial that these players get some time with the squad well before big matches like Spurs on Sunday. I’m not going to start a blame game because I don’t know the problems behind everything, if you guess you can bet you will be wrong. It’s just (as usual) really frustrating for the fans.

We are almost down but when it’s cast iron - the clear out should start! Players like Sawyers, Livermore, Gibbs, Zohore, Phillips, Kanu, Ivanovic need to do one even before the championship starts. These players were sadly lacking at the end of the championship when promoted so can’t be part of any rebuild.

We need to be ruthless! Lai, Dowling and Fat Sam should all f uck off too!

While agreeing that when we are relegated we need a clear out but in reality this cannot take place until the season is over. It is also very confusing because of the ownership situation. I don't see how we can plan when we don't know what the financial situation will be or the attitude and intentions of new owners, if this happens. Basically, we are in a mess and it will not be resolved unless there is a change of ownership.

Thought he looked decent and a mistake not to start him along with Pereira. Ken Barlow off Corrie would show more steel than Sawyers and probably run faster too!

Agree, it doesn't make any sense at all to leave out your best player no matter what system you decide on. Pereira looked a class above the rest when he came on. This fixation with playing Sawyers is still baffling. I can understand him not playing Yokuslu from the start but although Livermore has not been at his best, I would still have selected him before Sawyers.
