I'd say that is producing effective strikers and defenders!
Quite an extensive list their of players Dereks produced 2 in 7 years. When he gets the boot Ajax may take him to revamp their youth setup.

Lewis, Leigh, Considine, Taylor, Hoban, Hayes, McGeouch, Ferguson, McCrorie, Kennedy, Hornby.

Anybody like to have a guess at that formation? Looks like a 352 or 361

    Could be quite literally anything.

451 possibly with Hoban at right back?

4231 with Ferguson plated as no10

352 with Kennedy behind hornby and Hayes and Leigh wingbacks.

Don’t suppose it’ll matter much anyway

My guess is 3 at the back and then flood the midfield with Hornby up front on his own, we are well on the way to Aberdeen nil with 8 defensive minded players in the team

A taking the p1sh response. These two were noted for their shear value. Could easily add McLean, Shinnie, Wright, Rodgers, Fraser etc, that left the Dons better players than when they arrived.

The point I'm making is that McInneswas being accused of not being able to bring players on but the evidence is different.

He's still getting more money to spend than anyone else other than Celtic and rangers, plus he's got super duper fancy training facilities that Fergie described as being as good as any around.
According to your thought. My point though is what are the facts? My memory certainly says, for example, that we have had tough draws in europe compared to the easy draws the scum have had. An assessment of these things rather than an emotional response is needed before taking away people's livlihood.

What a waste of money Leigh has been.

To be fair, watching the reply, I think he was injured first and that caused him to fluff the back-pass.

McLean was already a regular at St Mirren and anyone could see he was going to be a good player.

    Shinnie as above

Wright a good 6 months another that Derek mismanaged by playing out of his correct position and given the odd 10 mins here and there. When he went on loan to Dundee most people said that’s his level.

Rodgers never got a game Derek would rather play a English youth goalie who’d been on loan at Kilmarnock rather than him. Again some on here were laughing at him when he let in the Celtic free kick earlier this season. I’d hate to say what people would say if he’d done what Lewis has done this season.

Fraser has absolutely nothing to do with Derek.

Has he ever produced a midfielder that can pass the ball forward ?

Is there a live stream for today's game?
