Well, if they win 1-0, they obviously countered their game plan. Clearly the Daggers didn't have a very good one.

“Is this a Daggers I see before me?” asks NA in the pre-match press conference, before Notts proceed to blow away the opposition 1-0 - helped in large part to D&R forgetting that the game kicked off at 6pm and only arriving at the ground at 6:30. This leaves Notts half an hour to secure the precious goal against zero men, following the one incisive move when the ball actually went forwards. “We needed to be patient,” says a triumphant NA afterwards.

Postponed again. Ardleys fault for not getting the game played 5 weeks ago.

    Notts 2 v Daggers 1

Usual cynical wisecracks pre game, accuracy questionable.
Team lineup revealed vast majority happy but a few in tears as the Wolfe man isn't selected to start having not impressed on Saturday.
Still 0-0 after 15 mins, locals getting restless.
Notts take lead, mix of genuine and slightly reluctant joy is short-lived as visitors quickly equalise to make 1-1. A few Pitchfork members question some of the manager's decisions made in the relegation season and analyse the play off final defeat again.

Notts find winner via Wootton midway through 2nd half which ruins the managers plans of respecting the point leaves Ardley furious as he seeks only his 4th draw of the season to date. The Magpies maintain the best form in the league and continue to concede few chances or goals but create little but enough.

Post match moans focus on not deserving to win nor winning comfortably. Doyle shouldn't play, don't attack enough, nearly made a costly mistake by passing out from the back.

Onto the next game to repeat, hopefuly.

2-1 victory for the tippy tappy magpies

According to the BBC forecast we've got a fair bit of snow to come through today and right up to kick off tomorrow. The other problem is that the temperature doesn't get above zero, so when the covers come off it might start to freeze. I'll do what I did last time and wait until just before kick off to buy the live stream.

If it's on then a Notts win, don't know the score and don't care as long as we get a lovely, warm feeling win.

Notts sure it'll be on though.......

You keep going on about Ardleys disciples? but the only difference between them and you is --you want Ardley sacked now and keep repeating yourself over and over again and the so called disciples are saying if he doesn't get us promoted then he goes at the end of the season. The latter seems more logical because his contract ends and it won't cost the club anything.

    I dont get it,,
Your leader and the disciples keep saying Ardley is great.
If hes so great why do you all say if he doesn't get us promotion he should not be re employed?
If hes good then shouldnt he be retained at all costs? especially In a season where hes been hampered by covid, apparently.
    Muchos loveos xxxx
