Exactly, and if they're really lucky they might be only in Tier 4 for a couple of weeks this time whilst the Glesgae hoose parties and hospitality continue to maintain a roaring trade.

Zzzz, so much for us all being in this together. Yet again the blame game rears it's ugly head.

He's right though. The amount of folk I know in Glasgow who don't give a f*ck is unreal. House parties, Old firm gatherings, mini raves for New Year. I really don't know many people through here who have been completely disregarding the rules.

Aberdeen is incredible. I don't think it's transmissible through contact with sheep though. 🐑💦

Hundreds of illegal house parties broken up, as Tayside faces worst festive record in Scotland.

More illegal festive house parties were held in Tayside than anywhere else in Scotland, new figures have revealed.

What does that mean though? Polis have been working a wee bit harder in Tayside? The people of Tayside have been more disciplined in reporting house parties than other areas? Strange that we have the highest amount of illegal gatherings yet some of the lowest numbers for Covid. Pretty poor statistics nonetheless but give people an inch and they'll take a mile, which is what the government did over the festive period.

Yeah, that's a belter. Just for clarity though for anyone not in the know the definition of a weegie is:

West of Falkirk, South of the Campsies, and North of (and including) Stranraer.

To be fair the population density of weegieland is much higher than anywhere else in Scotland. However, if you compare with Aberdeen for instance, there must be cultural differences that make the proliferation of the virus so different.

Aberdeen is doing great young lass lives up there and when I was up seeing her last year you never seen anyone wandering around there shopping centers without a mask while at least 25% of those wandering through the overgate or wellgate never wore them things like that probably make a difference.Dundee doing really well now as is fife angus and perth along with aberdeen aberdeenshire highlands and others but seem not to matter anymore tier 4 it is.

Isn't that graph just a snapshot at one point in time?
