    You know what! I get back to some semblance of normal for 2 days and this place goes into meltdown because a buffoon tells us we can party on this day, then the wee wumin comes in and want to be a bit more cautious!

    Both those feckers are wrong as the science says to this uneducated fecker that its far too early! If this is all for political gain, then hell feckin mend em!

    Yes that graph is a snapshot from 4 days before it was published, but to fully rely on it, you really need to know how the figures were arrived at, and i dont fully, so i aint gonna try and explain fully! In a time before surge testing was carried out, it was quite easy for me to understand, but i am not sure i can find the info to say where surge testing has been carried out, but i do believe the reason for any area shown in the list to greatly exceed 2 or 300 is because of this. What would also help is what each areas population is.
