    I posted about Derby having to go to another loan source, to pay the wages, so transfer embargo lifted. The sheik who was supposed to take over, still owed 500,000 pounds from the failed take over of Newcastle, in legal fees.

    That how they manage to bend the rules, but when you borrow money, you need to pay it back, with interest.

    Mel Morris got money, but must be fed up with pumping money into a club, trying to live above their means.
