That's a very good point Matt we were a much better side then and needed a 95th minute goal to win the game against the same lower league opposition.

Plus it the FA Cup not the Build a Bear Cup so we wouldn't have been playing our fringe/reserve players.

It's no surprise the disciples are happy with mediocrity and come up with every excuse in the book to cover up the inadequacy in the manager.
Hows about going out from the start of a game and dominating a team.
If the system chosen by the special one is so great why is it everyone who presses us dominates us.
Instead its excuses back to nolans days (again) and waffle about not leading at half time.
Ie taking 5hit to deflect the conversation away from the problem
    Being out played.
Playing an inferior team and being dominated is not a recipe for success.
Or is it , according to the disciples it seems to be the way forward.
We got out of jail with a fluke ( a great one)and their keeper up for a corner at the death.
All that glitters is not gold...

There are no Ardley disciples on here. It’s the realism we are a none league side and with that comes the inconsistency of performances, it’s happening to every team at the top with similar budgets.

We are a non league team? **** when did that happen? The way some folk talk we are one of the best sides in Europe with a budget to match.

The Oxford manager bemoaned the fact his side hadn’t played for a few weeks, what a leveller when half the Notts side yesterday have hardly kicked a ball in anger all season. It’s great that some of these fringe players of got some game time. There isn’t a footballer in the world that could rock up and perform to his or her ability when playing so infrequently.

We are in the semi final of a cup we are favourites to win. If that’s mediocrity then I will take it.
Hopefully if we live up to the billing we might just be able to visit Wembley with fans.

But it was the Build a Bear Cup thingy that you can't stand, you would rather "gouge your eyes out" than watch. So why do you all of sudden care so much about a game you didn't watch? Plus we played the reserves so you shouldn't care this much. You don't care this much?! What's happening here Ken? You are all over the shop.

I think it's safe to say that you haven't at all come to terms with Notts being a non league side. You appear to be really struggling with the reality of the situation. No wonder you are one sided in your comments and criticism never praise#noagenda

The Ardley disciples v Ardley haters thing is a bit pathetic, but there’s no doubt we shouldn’t be as mind numbingly boring as what we are in this league.

There’s no doubt as well that other managers could achieve more than what Ardley has with his budget. I look forward to that happening next season.
