It seems his Holy Grail seems to have backfired and he has made the NCM board a worse place to be rather than better.
Agree and HArdley still out for me.

Will be interesting to see who answers.
It's a good barometer of who is and who isn't bothered about concentrating on Notts topics going forward.
Got to give him until the end of this season in my opinion.
Ok, results haven't always been consistent and he has a good team at his disposal plus understanding owners.
Although, what probably gets overlooked by fans is the 'off pitch' stability that he has brought since being relegated.
I'm enjoying not chopping and changing managers. You only have to look at Oldham to see that it doesn't work.
So, still IN for me, but only until the end of the season. If he gets us promoted, I would also give him a chance to reconcile in L2.
I'm not going to answer because I am going to respect the wishes of people who want the thread to get back on topic, you know football, Notts County FC, the manager , should he stay or go.
Which just so happens to be part of my overall mission
More importantly your needless question epitomises what so many people don't want to see, what they don't want so many threads to become.
Like I said it will be very interesting to see who replies and who ignores it and thinks we should get back on topic.
Ardley In? Ardley Out?
I have a feeling depending on tonight's performance and result it may become popular and on topic again this evening.
I honestly think that there are people on this forum (specifically this thread) who need psychiatric help.
Please do not respond to this statement......it might go on for months.
Still out..
I live in hope he will change his philosophy.
The injuries and new players might force his hand tonight.
These players wont be used to Ardleyball and to risk his suicidal football with newbies would surely lead to more defensive giveaways.
Bypass the midfield get the ball forward quicker.
Play the midfield higher up the pitch and let enzio and rodders pick the ball up in and around the oppositions half.
Maybe put some crosses into the box and have a few shots would be nice.
Still no change in my opinion. He's here to end of season, then promotion or not, new manager needed.
