Ardley has lost the plot, team not even playing for him

Unfortunately, I have joined the "it's time for a change" brigade.
I know this will be seen by some as stoking the fire, but laddo definitely tends to go into hiding when we lose. We all know he would be reveling in the glory if we had battered Halifax, but we didn't so he's gone missing. There is nothing wrong with that because the reverse happens when we win, and some of the Ardley detractors go very quiet. I don't have a problem with that because I'm fully aware that's the way football messageboards work. The problem arises when you put yourself forward as the saviour of the board, and then do exactly the same as the ones you criticise when the boot is on the other foot!
I know some see it as tedious, but as long as his fake mission to improve the board continues, so will my mission to expose him.
I'm Ardley Out now, until and unless we miraculously improve and start winning games in very short order.
There are just no excuses with the backing he's had and the players he's got. He really didn't sound like he had much in the way of answers in tonight's post match interview either. All the problems in our team, from the lack of goals, to the dysfunctional system he's trying to get the players to understand, to the ridiculously inconsistent approach to squad rotation, to not dropping horrendously out of form midfielders... At the end of the day it all leads back to him.
I've seen a few people say that we can't drop both Reeves and Doyle because we don't have anyone better. I'd like to point out that this is also down to Ardley. If he really didn't foresee risks in overly relying on a bloke nearing 40 in midfield for a season we went into knowing it would feature a condensed schedule, that's on him.

When the performances are getting worse, week on week, and the manager is blaming it on nerves, it really is time to say thanks, but it’s time to move on.
The key is to have someone in mind, though, rather than sacking the manager and only then starting to think about the replacement. Not sure if Ardley has recovered from losing Cox in pre-season.
Giving a new manager 20 odd games to see what he can do with the squad seems pretty attractive right now. Even if we don't get a sufficient new manager bounce to get us back in contention at least we'll have a manager going into the close season who's settled in and knows the squad. We do need to make sure that it's an improvement on the incumbent though.
