True KK, I do agree that there's one or two that just plain don't like Ardley you're right, it would be remiss of me not to admit that as I think some would still want him gone if we went up. It's just a sad situation all round I think, I feel depressed about Notts, I'm sure Ardley feels depressed at the moment and so do the players, just sad all round really. I'm off as getting abit melancholy about it all, have a good day.

I believe so. As many others before me have eluded to and is clear, CM is a big problem for us.

What keeps me sane and I have to remind myself, it could be a bloody lot worse. We’re lucky to have the owners we do, imagine if Hardy was still in charge!

    Have a good day too.

Every suffering fan right now should keep that somewhere in their mind through this difficult time. It provides a small level of comfort.

Lots of questions Pedro, nice to see all football based

It was worse, don't you think?

First time in a league game where I've questioned the players commitment to their manager. If a valid concern that's a huge worry to the manager and us fans.

    I dont know.?
I only heard parts of the 1st half due to work and nothing from the 2nd half.
However it seemed like a usual Ardley performance only we were extra poor.
Was it down to the players commitment or the usual poor team selection and poor tactics.
Such as I understand it he NA said the team went long at times?
Were they just hoofing the ball, if so was the team set up to exploit a long ball...or were they adopting the formation for his tippy tappy stuff and just hoofing to get rid.
was the midfield pushed up to support the forwards?
What's been happening has been a huge concern to some of us for a while maybe not the players commitment but the managers ability.
Remember all that glitters is not gold...

I was most shocked by the fact that from the start no-one could control the ball, no-one could pass the ball, and no-one could win the ball.

Pretty basic stuff, nothing to do with tactics.

Worst display I have ever seen I think (since 1967). Truly shocking considering the standard of opposition. It may have got a bit better in the 2nd half but we didn't deserve anything at al form the game.

We simply cannot cope with a high press

I agree. Last night was first time where the players looked like they ‘weren’t playing for the manager’.

‘Didn’t deserve anything from the game’ that’s been applicable in so many performances this season. Elite said on another thread, we have more points than our performances deserve or words to that effect. This is absolutely true.

That was the big difference to me, and tbh it's a huge worrying difference.

The next game will tell us a lot.
