If things don’t work out for glass and he leaves in bad terms he’ll be stained glass.

Yes, that first window will be very important.
I hope he catches some good players.
He'll need to get on the blower to some agents.
    Etc, etc..

So, I’m told that Aldi and Lidl are fighting over his signature for regional manager in the North East!
Forward thinking? That won't do. He's only ever won the league cup ffs so clearly won't have the bottle for it.

Make of this what you will. A friend was talking to the sports science at cormack park and according to him glass is confirmed and will be announced on Monday press conference to follow later in the week.
Derek and cormack clashed from day 1
mcinnes runs the club from top to bottom like Ferguson used to cormack didn’t like that felt he had to much power.

Scott brown is a non starter there was interest but he will be signing a new deal at Celtic with a coaching capacity. Cormack has been impressed by robson can see him being a future manager at pittodrie but at the moment will be in the number 2 role.
Cormack thinks glass is an excellent attacking coach but is worried about his experience and credentials.
Gordon Strachan has been approached in a director of football role with glass working directly underneath him on the coaching side.
Anton walkes, a young right back at Atlanta came through the ranks at Spurs will be joining aberdeen coming over with Glass. 🤔🤔

If he does come here he’ll need a rest when he arrives as he will be completely shattered after his transatlantic flight. Hopefully, Cormack will put on a private jet for him directly to Aberdeen as if he has to travel via Glasgow he could end up glassed before he gets to Aberdeen. Hopefully there will be no glass ceilings if he does arrive here.

That all sounds absolutely believable to be fair.

I'd imagine they will all be here on less than McInnes was taking home too.

It's ridiculous how clubs keep hiring former players as managers who they would never hire in a million years if they had never played for them.
