    One of the reasons we never won feck all for the past 7 years was that McInnes wasn’t streetwise enough, he was far too naive for an experienced manager and someone who was reasonably successful as a player. He was naive and it reflected in his players on the pitch .

    My favourite aAberdeen Derek McInnes moment was obviously winning the league cup. My second favourite was when he left the building.

    If he gets that gig his first signing will be Lewis Ferguson.

    I can't see him getting a job in the EPL though, surely not!
