Probably as well he didn't get the call for the England game as he need to hit the physio. Very modest response when asked about being considered for England, 'at the start of the season I didn't even consider it so to be mentioned is something' or something like that.
We are safe now...and Sheffield up next. Good time for Bambi to be rested for a match for mine.

And is this the kind of sh1te that "pundits" can regurgitate and yet earn a wedge? Disgraceful and yet no wonder a
Alioski get so much bad press...

Gave Harrison the feed for the first goal, was in the right place at the right time to stop their second, but hey let's not ignore that he's such a sh1t player, MY ARSE HE IS!!!!!

I, for one am totally delighted we won and the icing on the cake...we won in London. OK it might not have been the best football we played but IMHO the team fought hard for the win. I would love us to play superb football and score tons of goals every game. Which supporter wouldn't?

We have got mid table in the Premier League with pretty much the team we have had for the last few years. We have had (not that the TV people ever mention it) loads of injuries which have resulted in numerous defensive combinations and more than one player playing out of position. So I say let's try to enjoy our 1st season back after the previous 16. Remember "Rome wasn't built in a day" and neither The Don or Wilko won the League in their 1st season.

So Keep Calm and Keep Marching On
Thank you Wortley and hope your keeping safe as safe as we are back in this division. Thank you for ignoring thing now I don't have to put up with someone lol

Interesting that for someone who was knackered from the start he still ran himself into the ground. The contrast between Bamford's running, pressing and closing down and, for example, Roberts is massive. The only other people who chase and press anywhere near as hard as Bamford are Raphinha (very un-Brazilian thing to do) and possibly Harrison. Phillips seems to save himself the bother or running as much by having good anticipation and positional sense so he is invariably tight to his opponent already.

Putting Sheff Utd to the sword would really be the icing on the cake for me, put 4/5 pass them and laud it round Bramall lane. Bamford should come out with 'Wilder 69' on his back
