I rather think of this as a golden opportunity for the new man to come in and not be lumbered with the crap that'll play out the rest of this season.

No striker signed for next season? Would you want to keep any we have had in the past few years?

No decent defenders? Again which defenders from past few years would you rather we had kept and still be on the books for next year?

Hedges will be gone in the summer, I certainly would sell him if he isn't committing to new contract.

Agreed about McLennan though, early promise has well and truly been snuffed out. Hopeless footballer and another error by McInnes when he gave him a new contract.

We have no signed striker for next season.

We have no decent defenders signed for next season.

We have only decent one creative player signed for next season (Hedges).

    We have no manager.

Some d!ck gave McLennan a contract until 2023.

We are pretty much f ucked.
Hopefully someone decent will come in and get a good transfer budget. Otherwise this side will be looking at a relegation fight. The last 3 season's signings haven't been good. I still think the club lacks ambition.

    3 seasons, is that all?

He’s been signing midfield clones for years.

Some of the names we will have forgotten, who was that useless tw@t that we actually signed twice?

Hayes, McGinn and Taylor all re-signed. The whole team is playing at the level of Taylor.

Did we sign Stewart twice - fuxsake. That can't be just down to McInnes.

    No, although decent effort.

The guy I’m thinking of looked like he had never seen a football pitch before, never mind play on one.

Was he English, or was it just wishful thinking that he would be english as well as s’hite?

So , definitely s’hite, could have been English but not necessarily and had a name that either had three letters or possibly more.

Pretty sure we signed him twice, I remember contemplating jumping off Union Terrace Bridge.
