I’ve been told to take paracetamol an hour before getting the jab then fours hours after

Felt fine all day. Woke up that night drenched in sweat with the cold shivers. Felt ****e for an hour. Awoke next morning reight as a bobbin, but a bit tired from poor sleep. Bed sheets walked themselves to the washing machine!
They say if you do have side effects it shows your immune system is kicking in so for all those who suffered after taking the vaccine take comfort in that in case you get the real thing.
