I’ve no idea what Alex Neil has done to earn his reputation.

Me neither, I did not even know he had any reputation at all, one win in his last nine games with PNE before getting binned is as good as his "reputation" has ever been.

Hmmm. Keeping Hamilton up " against the odds". While developing 3 or 4 players to sell on for decent cash.

    Getting Norwich promoted to epl.

Not sure what his record at PNE was before rhis season ?

.Maybe , possibly a little better t han Del , before he came ? And maybe on a par with Fergie getting Smurren out ofthe 2nd division and npbearing Dundee Utd in a Cup game. ?

    Hard to say though. ??

I think if I was Cormack , I would give him an i terview and listento his ideas ?

If only because Hamilton seem to have a more succesful yiuth policy than we do. ( Given the relative imbalance of revenues ? )

    His overall stats at PNE
Played 191, won 73, drew 46, lost 72 win to game ratio of just over 37% nae good enough in my opinion.
There are far better options out there than him

I agree those stats are nae great but what I will say is that league is a lot more competitive than ours , also he’s guided a team into the premiership via the play offs in Scotland and England which would suggest he might be decent in cup competitions up here ?
He’s only 39 too so he’s still a young manager who has already had a vast amount of experience in my opinion having managed in the English premier league.
I’d certainly be having a look at him if I was Davie C.
