MSM... if you're reading this... give us a clue... please!

I'm not sure how I feel about the potential of Glass / Brown partnership. Neither has any experience really, but to be fair experience isn't everything. Younger, newer managers tend to have a bit more hunger about them and maybe more of a willingness to introduce new ideas rather than the same boring old rubbish.

Glass will have plenty contacts stateside and maybe still has a few in England from his time there. Brown won't have many contacts other than at Celtic, and I don't think he is really that big a "name" that he'll attract people in the way someone like Gerrard attracts people. He's probably just about past it as far as playing goes, but likely still has more ability to influence a game than any of our current midfielders (as highly regarded as some of them are such as Ferguson and McCrorie, they've not actually been very good for most of this season). I can't see him bringing many players with him from Celtic, unless it's younger players who've yet to breakthrough.

The big mystery in all this for me is why Cormack would take the risk with these guys. He seems to be more in touch with the fans feelings than Milne ever was, and he does seem to take it into account. He must realise how the Glass thing looks from a fans point of view, and he must know how much we all hate Scott Brown. If that is to be the management team, they'll need to make some impressive signings and get some good results from the off to win the fans over because I don't think they'll be welcomed as some kind of "dream team".
