    Well it's someone who's keeping quiet. My bet is it's a foreigner, one who's been waiting in the wings till the bros thought enough is enough. If he is, I hope he's not been following Notts Mad and our pillorying of every manager since Cotterill.

    Personally, my choice would be Kenny Jackett, articulate, knows what's happening, and no bullsh!tting the fans or press.

    UPDATE! His contract with Portsmouth was terminated this month.

    Nobody taking temporary charge then?

    "Joe Bloggs will be in charge of the first team until further notice" is usually how they sign-off on the official announcement of a sacking.

    I think majority of supporters will be impressed when announced, fingers crossed.

    In terms of Doyle, I believe he’s played far more games than he expected. He’s wants to coach, but not straight to management.
