Is it possible that restitution was ordered and the "embezzled amount" was ordered repaid as well as the fine on top? Otherwise I have to agree, its a good deal for Blatter, £ 17.2 million up and counting whilst not being able to work in football as a very rich 85 year old isnt really any punishment at all
