    So, In its findings, world football's investigatory chamber found Blatter accepted "an undue economic benefit" of 23m Swiss Francs (18m) "split over the years 2010 to 2014 and then they fine him a miserable 780K.

    Yes, it's a pretty big fine but what about the 18M he got "unduly"? Shouldn't that be the starting point for any fine?

    He's out of football BUT he still has whatever's left of the 18M plus whatever amounts they haven't found yet..........

    For fraud of 18M or more, why isn't he before a Criminal Court facing jail time?

    Is it possible that restitution was ordered and the "embezzled amount" was ordered repaid as well as the fine on top? Otherwise I have to agree, its a good deal for Blatter, 17.2 million up and counting whilst not being able to work in football as a very rich 85 year old isnt really any punishment at all

    It is possible GP but surely one would expect that to be reported as well, wouldn't one?

    ..... and it hasn't been.
