Do people really want to win promotion ? (serious question) Ashley sells a few players to make up for any losses from a season in the championship, wins promotion, rinse and repeat. He's made money with this method since he bought the club.

Bruce may be the man bring this to an end, he'll keep the fans away almost as much as covid and keep us in the championship which will hurt fatso where it counts.

When we get relegated this season Gayle will be our main centre forward for the next three seasons

And Joelinton still won't be able to score.

Some good points here. Sums up the dilemma we find ourselves in. We have to not support the club in order to support it, in some way.

Don't be too hard on him Zippity. Ashley's masterstroke, record buy. He's only been here a season and a half and already he's scored three goals.

    Do you want miracles?

Wonder what he would be worth now?

I hope Ashley's licking his lips looking at the sell-on profit for him.

The club have strange idea of player value.

He's a back up striker. If he goes we'll have to replace him which will cost 10+ million. Fatso is not gonna spend any money.

When you work out the club's logic -

Year 1 - Gayle scores a hatful in the Chimpo - his true level - value goes back up to 15-20m

--- We get Promoted back to the Premier League

--- Covid is over and football is getting back to normal as well as the rest of life.

Year 2 - Gayle has 2 yrs remaining on his contract & a resale value - Sold

Carroll will also get a new contract, the club will pick up the 1 year extension of Fabian Schaar's contract.

Right now the clubs is also negotiating with Fernandez.

Into the next two seasons we'll be carrying the baggage of Carroll & Gayle into the future.

Classic Ashley's NUFC - drunk at the wheel, absolutely unacceptably incompetent.

Lord only knows what's gonna happen with the take over.

It's a real tragedy that this is how the club is going to go down.

    A travesty of complete incompetence.

The cartel learned a lesson from the Man City take over. They were never going let that happen again.

They'll give the go ahead for the next Ashley ( Charlatan ) to take over NUFC and the Government don't give a f*ck.
