I would never tell anyone to take the jab or not, just do your own research and make your own risk assessment, look at the ONS statistics, take into account your age, health, whether you're obese.
Phew, so the jab can only help me then? Unless I'm 1 in 600,000 who gets a blood clot?

When people get fed up of it, but by then it might be too late.

I think it's obvious now that we will become enslaved by our technology.

Presumably now old people, most of whom don't have smart phones, will have to get them to display their vaccine passports to enter venues.

Unless you're a young woman on the pill you'll probably be OK, but we don't actually know for sure yet as it's still early days.

Personally I'm waiting for the Novavax vaccine which contains moth cells so I can sprout wings and fly away from this stupid country.

Interesting. Spoke to a mate out in Moscow last week. I asked him about covid situation there. Basically they are relying on herd immunity but also offering vax to people who want it. No pressure, no intimidation.. treat people like adults who can think for themselves...just provide them with enough information to make their own decision.

He says Moscow is nearly 100 percent opened up apart from shopping centres which ask you to wear a mask.

The Russian government and media aren't telling their population to be scared.

Imagine you're Amish, you haven't got a TV so you're not scared, I bet they're a lot happier than the UK population ATM.

What's the odds of a healthy, non-obese person under 50 dying of Covid though?

Talking of odds, I see the £122 million euro lottery has been won by somebody in the UK

But fear not, it won’t change me, I will still be the grumbling old curmudgeon you've come to love

    Not by me.

Shame, I would have moved to Florida.
