    I think a defender would be better equipped to stop a cross than an attacker. I would love to know how many minutes Enzio has spent in his own half rather than the opposition half. My guess after watching the first half would be at latest 90% in his own half.

    A defender would be better yes but what football player in that position doesn't go to the man crossing the ball when faced with that situation, it wasn't like he was even close and the guy took an age. It's margins like that which will keep us in this league. It's just football common sense and closing down the player /cross is football 101. Whether he should have been so deep is another matter.

    We are playing better football than a month or two ago and are certainly more organised in defence. Friggin hell!! should have played it right!!

    That's six shots off target now with that one from Reeves. No shots on target yet, and likewise Hartlepool only have had one shot on target and one goal.

    I agree. I get very annoyed by this "not that sort of player" line. What does it even mean? How can any professional footballer not be capable of running towards and closing down an opponent? If you can't (or won't) do that, you shouldn't even be playing park football.
