That was better overall and the start of the game set the tone. Many times Notts can be guilty of failing to start off on the front foot but this was not the case this evening. I thought that we looked sharp and had energy and intensity from the off and settled into the game in a positive manner. It was good to see the likes of Chicksen and DKE almost at the halfway line by default. Likewise having Wootton in the centre and Knowles and Knight more or less in line with him was positive. It certainly is a 3-4-3 and not a disguised 5-4-1 that can happen.

It was good we were rewarded with an early goal as well and Jimmy Goals is so calm and composed in front of goal which is excellent.

Things got a little sloppy in the last five minutes or so of the half, but if we can continue in the same vein second half as we did for most of the first half and get a second goal that should be enough to see this game out.

I just worry about us 'overplaying' at times and maybe making a mistake....

Unlucky...2 decent Wooton chances there. Good save for first and not enough power for 2nd.

It’s so clear his confidence is just not there but he also seems a yard off the pace.

Is it time for Knighty off Boldo on?
