BT: I doubt they would see or hear it ,they hit them at night, and can fire from kilometers away, its all satellites and guided missile stuff.
With those F-35's overhead surely they sit 20-30 m underground in their dug outs?
Israel stands to gain nothing from military conflict in Gaza or a cycle of terror in Jerusalem and the West Bank. The tanks stationed along the Gaza border were there as a deterrence and not as a vanguard.
The problem is that there are many reasons for the recent escalation in violence and very few ways to prevent it from increasing further.
One reason is the elections for the Palestinian parliament scheduled for next month. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas decided to allow the elections to take place despite being advised by Jordan, Egypt the United States and Israel to postpone them, throwing Palestinian politics into a whirlwind.
The Hamas terror group - apparently correctly - surmises that it will win the elections, creating a lose-lose scenario for everyone else.
Another explanation for the rocket fire is the religious tensions prevailing during the month of Ramadan, triggering clashes between Jerusalem police and young Arab residents of East Jerusalem congregating at the Damascus Gate entrance to the Old City at the end of the holiday fast and bringing Gazans into the streets in solidarity.
Finally, a TikTok challenge encouraging Palestinian youths to attack ultra-Orthodox Jews caused a wave of violence in the capital, compounded by the extreme right-wing Lehava movement joining the conflict, claiming they have come to the defense of Jews.
Unfortunately, Israel is not in control of the situation and is relying on Hamas to contain the violence.

The Gaza rulers relayed messages through Egypt, claiming that they were not responsible for the rockets launched over the weekend and that rogue factions were behind the fire.

Lehava,....is a Jewish far-right organization based in Israel that strictly opposes Jewish assimilation, objecting to most personal relationships between Jews and non-Jews. It is opposed to the Christian presence in Israel. It has an anti-miscegenation focus, denouncing marriages between Jews and non-Jews forbidden by Orthodox Jewish law. ''Its actions have been denounced by President of Israel Reuven Rivlin as being like "rodents gnawing under the shared democratic and Jewish foundation of Israel".
In January 2015, Channel 2 reported that Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon might be preparing to categorize Lehava as a terrorist organization. Ya'alon was reported to have ordered the Shin Bet and the Defense Ministry to assemble evidence required for the classification, although ultimately no such classification occurred. (They are just deluded idiots! )

Of course that's the real objective BT, then all the lefty shills in the West can wibble on about Israeli War Crimes. You know this anyway, you're usually one of those shills.

"Irreconcilable differences" sinkov, the Jews and Muslims of Israel need to take a leaf out of my book and just divorce each other and move on. Who will get the Dome in the divorce settlement only God knows.

BT : Over the path of history the British have made a right balls of the soup here .Then no doubt if we /they ( the Jews and Muslims) did listen to your writings ,perhaps in that book of yours ,lightning does strike twice ?

....''just divorce each other and move on''.

Then who moves on? Did you have it in mind that the Jews, would just simply 'move on?' What again! Is there some other country you had in mind ? (Uganda?). Or would it be better to say 'let bygones be bygones?' But, but then there is religion, and inside religion is dogma!
When religions become enshrined with dogma, they build 'limitations, boundaries, which means separation but when they clash ,its a conflict. And how much bloodshed has been spilt in the past over religions? Each religion proclaims themselves superior and that the followers of their religion are the chosen ones, while others are not even human but creatures of hell - doomed forever.
Then how long have these beliefs continued? Since Esau and Jacov? so that now they should simply ....move on? That's a brilliant idea there BT! I should write to Boris about your knighthood!

I am not being facetious at all Balan. Heaven and earth will not move the Israelis from Israel, nor should it IMHO.

Somewhere there must be a similar spot of land to relocate the Arabs who want to leave Israel. Opening up the world's greatest open air prison on the Strip would help as well no doubt.

Stay safe and have your tin hat ready my friend.

BT: The dome ? That's got me ?
We have in Israel 2 special domes, One is the 'Dome of the Rock', a Shrine in Jerusalem built by the Umayyad caliph ʿAbd al-Malik ibn Marwān in the late 7th century C E. It is the oldest extant Islamic monument. The rock over which the shrine was built is sacred to both Muslims and Jews.
The other Dome is the Iron Dome, and I am sure you have heard of it ,which operates and defends us.

If u want to understand a little more about the M E, try listening to this, Dr Mordechai Kedar

Can we not ship this bloody Dome somewhere else Balan? The one you refer to as the 'Dome of the Rock', a Shrine in Jerusalem built by the Umayyad caliph ʿAbd al-Malik ibn Marwān in the late 7th century C E, which seems to sow all sorts of trouble.
