........and while the transfer marked rumours are thin on the ground.

Corned beef goes into stovies, a quarter of corned beef per family of four.

No wonder I didn’t put on weight until I left home.
Mind you, I wasn’t drinking eight pints of lager a day when I was in primary school.

Very acceptable. I always choose branston with cheese .

Also accept that i`m a total wierdo mixing salad cream with corned beef.

But here`s a tip. Never NEVER mix banana with peanut butter on white bread.

Tried it once when I was about 9, and caught measles..................

    ( TRANSFERS ??!! )

Transfers, fits at there is nae much rumblins to discuss at the moment.

there's So many questions and decisions for the bacon sannie its nae real. (worth of a thread on it's own)
Smoked or unsmoked bacon? square lorne sassidge or link sassidge? pork sassidge or beef sassidge?
Can I manage to squeeze a slice of black pudding in there?
    Real butter or poofter marg?
Fried egg or nae fried egg? (scrambled is permitted but only in special extreme circumstances)
    Runny yolk or hard yolk?
Broon sas or reed sas? (salad fkn cream is strictly prohibited)
Should I have a hash brown on the side?
white saftie / bap or broon saftie bap?

    Fit else is there

Banana in a sandwich is nae acceptable on any level .

Peanut butter is best on toast but can be quite fine in a richt guid flooery bap.

Poached eggs but nae in a bap

Black puddin in a bap is awfa fine , has to be a richt gweed flooery bap but again it’s back to the conundrum of sass....reed or Broon ?

Banana softies are fine, with butter of course and preferably with salty plain crisps.

Lays plain crisps of course because a’thing else is bowfin.

    Flavoured crisps are for weirdos

And if that sweet spot is hit, there's nae need for sass.
Smartest thing said on here since... well, ever.

Regarding the scouts. I served. 1st Daviot/Oldmeldrum scout brigade. We used to get stones thrown at us from the youths in Daviot when we were out on a march.
