I agree. I think folk too easily forget how soft as ****e we were without Butcher. I know he isn't everyone's cup of tea but every successful team needs someone like this to make the opposition know we won't be bullied.

Yes we have been on good form until the cup became the focus and Butcher played well and showed he is good enough. I like him with Fuchs, and like Harkes when he is playing like he did at Pittodrie, needs to show that more, be more confident
