Well yes, I suppose by stating the obvious I mean I am right. At the moment it's quite hard to argue the performances aren't massively better under IB.

Getting stick or not getting stick should correlate with being right or wrong, shouldn't it? I sometimes post references to NA, partly because for vindication, yes, but partly because it's difficult to believe I'm watching the same team. If in 18 months IB hasn't done better than NA you'll be able to give me stick, and I'm fine with that.

Well there is my point proven 100%. You obviously are not allowed to post anything different to you without getting stick as what you post is stating the obvious meaning you are right (your words) and if you post something wrong getting stick is justified.

Surely it is about opinions? Whatever happens I won't give you any stick because I think it is needless.

I won't argue about performances etc which are clearly better. That does not mean though that at the time my opinion was wrong that he should have had until the end of the season. As I said, we will never know whether we would have made the playoffs under Ardley. We will know under Burchnall (I think we will). But as I said, time to move on is my opinion.

The reason I have never posted or even read messages on that thread has been stated many times and is very valid reason.

There is also the obvious option of personal messages to save the pain for everyone else. That was used briefly, it worked wonders, so unsurprisingly was ignored by Elite.

As we all discovered recently there is also block or ignore feature which use is blatantly ignored. When this feature was highlighted to everyone this was again an obvious solution.

We can if we choose go over and over old ground with different recollections and viewpoints or we can use Jim O'Brien words and Swale's post to change going forward.

I'm up for change but I fear many key people in all this won't be. Maybe they can't? Maybe they just don't want to and love the turmoils and conflict etc. Either way I'm all about the future and all about the Bandwagon. Can Burchnall get us to the playoffs to at least give us a chance of promotion when a just a few weeks ago that looked very unlikely

Bearing in mind no one wants to private message you.it might do you good to read the handbags so you can see bystanders views of you and your mission it might be an eye opener for you

Pedro, Laddos “Mission” as we all know is a tongue in cheek thing to say he’s leading the way and wind u up even more, you and Elite keep questioning the Mission when no one on here gives a scooby. I honestly can’t believe you keep challenging him on it, it’s a total wind up. On a football basis I’ve agreed a lot with what Laddo says on the whole but he just enjoys a bit of extra curricular activity in getting a bite from u guys.

As elite pointed out some are involved 33% of the time others 99% you do the maths.

Really sorry to hear you are leaving the role Swale you’ve done a great job in my opinion. I think the main perpetrators (all of them - I don’t need to name) should be ashamed of their behaviour on here as fully grown adults constantly getting drawn into childish spats. So if hes not on a mission and out to wind up then there is your culprit.
If hes on a mission to stop squabbles and arguments but causes the majority and is involved in the majority of them then there is your culprit.

They are facts sorry to point out the truth or have you missed those salient points
Incase you say I'm at fault to I've had my warnings and dealy with them.like it's been pointed out others have been bought to task but one and only one has received no rebuke whatsoever ever.
It seems denial lies elsewhere but point out some facts as I am open to constructive critism and facts.
